• Harley-Davidson Stewart-Warner 509 & 540 series speedometers with many good used & excellent reproductions parts in stock, with NOS parts on request.

• All work will be done with professional and proper Tools including some old Stewart Warner devices, based on the original Stewart Warner Service literature for Speedo Service Shops.

• I repair each speedometer individually using original SW internals specified for Harley-Davidson. Some like it nearest to New Old Stock; some prefer a look with Patina to smell the history of these old gauges.

• But inside no compromises. Each speed unit will be complete stripped and cleaned. Each part will be inspected and proofed to be good enough for the next 50,000 miles. The magnet strength is tested and if too low the magnet gets a charge with the magnetizer. All screws are thoroughly coated with the same liquid cement used by SW to resist the vibrations during the ride on a hardtail frame.

• New gaskets, the sealing of the tripmeter shaft frame and a proper sealing of the bezel ensuring the weather resistance. It’s proofed by me on several long distance rides in any weather.
